Through planting seeds, engaging with natural materials, and reflecting on gratitude, residents are invited into gentle moments of presence and engagement. These experiences can be calming, sensory-rich, and accessible for a wide range of abilities.
Whether planting a small pot of herbs or participating in a guided activity, each moment becomes an opportunity to reconnect — with nature, with others, and with meaningful memories.
